As Director, Finance and Administration, in the FH India Country Office, he is responsible for procurement and financial and contractual management of partners, research agencies and consultants. Malhotra has strong management skills and currently supervises the finance, contracts and grants, administrative staff and liaises with the FH India field offices. He is familiar with the compliances and reporting requirements of a range of donor agencies including Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, United Nations agencies, World Bank, WHO, Indian foundations and CSR
Subhash Mittal 35 years of practical exposure in financial management discipline. Formative years spent in UK with a number of professional organizations. On returning to India in 1984, joined Price Waterhouse audit division, spent 6 years in the management cadre. Last 30 years independent practice & consultancy with focus on Social Development sector. Has associated in close collaboration with multilateral and bilateral financial institutions. Varied and extensive exposure to Government systems, as well as, voluntary sector.

Som is a Public Health Professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in managing public health programs, nurture partnerships, consortium management, health systems strengthening and empowering teams to achieve outcomes and reach performance goals.
His experience includes managing large scale programs on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent health (RMNCH+A), Family Planning, Routine Immunization, Tuberculosis, HIV & AIDS, Vector Borne Diseases, Urban Health, WASH, Community Based Rehabilitation and Community Eye Care.
His areas of expertise are program management and managing technological innovations. Som has presented papers in reputed international conferences and published in international journals in the areas of Public Health. He has worked on key positions with national and international development organizations and managed partnerships with donors, governments, UN agencies, corporate houses. Som is committed to quality, equity, universal coverage and integrated approach.
Rajesh has more than 14 years of experience in the field of Knowledge Management and Documentation, He is responsible for designing and operational roll-out of documentation, knowledge management, M&E and research assignments.
Regional Coordinators
Durgesh is a Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience development sector. groups. He has managed different WASH and health interventions like capacity building, social mobilization activities, system strengthen, visioning with different stakeholders at district level and state level.
Vijay Mishra has more than 20-year experience of working in development sector and he has completed master’s degree in social work from IASE Deemed University Rajasthan. He has worked with national and international organizations in the context of WASH study and research work also co-author of a research-based article on “Affordability of Decentralized Wastewater system” which was published in international Journal WATER by MDPI. Apart from this he has experience of worked as a member of district and city level government committees like District health committee and city sanitation committee and he has also been honoured with the Governor Award for his work for the society. He has worked as a state level master trainer with the ministry of Panchayat and Rural Development, Madhya Pradesh and provide their services to train the district level officials in the context of Solid and liquid waste management in the rural area.
Dr. Santosh Kumar Bhargava has more than 10-year experience of development sector specially, community development, quality education, public health, media advocacy, livelihood, networking with various streams. He has completed Ph.D. from Jiwaji University also complete Diploma in community-based rehabilitation (DCBR) from Banglore university, PGNGORD in rural management. He has worked national and international organization, got various innovative award from district level and state level. He has participated in national and international seminar on research, also complete NSS and NCC certificate. His expertise is programme management, community development, skill development and training.
Being a development professional Dharmendra Tripathi is having about 15 years of experience in the Development Sector in planning, management and implementation of different aspect of health specially in urban health issues with different International/National level esteemed organizations i.e. UNICEF, NYKS, CARE India, DKT India, PFI and PSI. Beside Implementation of project activities at State, Division and District level, he also has experience of managing team directly and NGO Partnership both.
Avdhesh Singh has more than 12 years of experience in development sector focusing on health & Nutrition, community development and vector borne diseases. His core skill areas include Maternal Child Health & Nutrition, Health promotion and communication, Capacity building and Research. Prior to this, he has worked as field level, block level and district level with health & ICDS department in 3 states (MP, Rajasthan & CG). Avdhesh Singh is master’s in social work and Masters in Sociology. He has also accomplished two years Nutrition Fellowship under Avantha Foundation.
Kanchan has 8 experience of working on issues related to women development, child rights, minority, education, gender, WASH and vector borne diseases. Kanchan has presented research papers in National and International journals. She carried out esearch related to Women Domestic workers, Single working women and Child labour.
City/District Coordinators
Sammaan has more than 18- year experience in the Development Sector. He has worked in Development sector both in the field level and Programmatic approach with different International and National level Organizations-NYKS, HLFPPT, Pathfinder International and India Health Action Trust. His experience in the implementation of Adolescent Health, HIV/AIDS, Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning Programs at District Level. His area of Expertise are Community mobilization, Team Management and Data analysis.
Experience in ngo- total 12 years (started carrier as a volunteering in Nanhikali program (Girls education)for 3 years, Mis executive 03 years in naandi foundation in malnutrition program, 07 months impact assistant in educate girls in girl child education program in jhalawar rajasthan, 06 years Experience in Mahatma gandhi seva ashram as a project coordinator in girl child education program in sheopur and currently working in Embed (Family health India) as a District Coordinator at sheopur location)
He has more than 6 years of work experience in two states with so many organizations and NGOs. He holds a master’s degree in social work (MSW) and a postgraduate diploma in computer application (PGDCA). He is working as a District Co-ordinator of Sheopur (MP) under EMBED project of Family Health India (FHI).

Azad Yadav has completed masters in social work from India Gandhi National tribal University Amarkantak M.P.
I have more than 3 year of experience in developing sector focusing on health & nutrition, rural development and vector born diseases.
During MSW I got a mini reasearch project from Tribal Research Institute of title” Changing livelihood pattern amon the baiga tribal a case study of Anuppur district M.P.” I have done so many different types of work for upliftment of the people specially in Tribal community and Believe in ‘NAR SEWA NARAYAN SEWA’
With an experience of over a decade and a half, Satyaprakash Singh has gained expertise in various public-private led developmental programs concerning Health, Nutrition and livelihood generation; Education, immunization programs, capacity building and conducting researches.
His designations include; Project manager, supervisor, program coordinator, nutrition facilitator at field, block and district level.
His social and Technical skills include; data documentation, updation, power point and excel.
He is also well versed in executing task requiring on field expertise, conflict resolution, establish coordination among team members and overseeing successful implementation of program
Bharat Kumar Yadav,MSW , CSRD-Institute of social work and research, Ahmednagar (2017-2019,Pune university).Bharat started his professional career as a Nutrition Fellow with Salochna Thapar Foundation in Kanker, Chhattisgarh.After that he worked in Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd. (AdityaBirla Group of Company) as Regional Mediclaim Coordinator, Jharkhand. Bharat has experience of working in the fields of Mother and Child Health & Nutrition, Capacity Building, BCC,and Training and Advocacy.
Bharat was associated with Prayatna from June 2021 to August 2022 and Lead Village Entrepreneurship Promotion Program in Jharkhand.

He is a Program Associate of Family Health India (FHI). He did MSW from MJPRU. More than 9 years of work experience in Automobiles and Social work he is working with EMBED team of FHI.
Having more than 12 years of experience in the Development Sector. Experiences in
managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, resource mobilization, monitoring,
capacity building of program participants, community need assessment, organized and
conducted workshops, awareness camps in slums, and advocacy meetings.
With 20 years of work experience in social work and different NGOs He is working as a Program Associate with Family Health India (FHI). He holds Master of Social Work (MSW) from BHOJ University.
I have done MBA, BVM Collage from JIWAJI UNIVERSITY GWALIOR and completed Diploma in Computer applications.
Vivek Jha is graduated from Bhoj Open University, D.C.A. from Makhan Lal Chaturvedi University Bhopal, I.T.I. from Swami Rudra Chaitanya Academy Shivpuri, and I have 5 years’ experience in social work and NGO. For 5 years I worked in Embed Project on the post of BCCF.

Having an experience of 12 yrs. in handling multiple health and education related projects including capacity building, supervision, monitoring and evaluation and liaising with stakeholders. She has completed her education in M. Com and currently working with Family Health India as Youth Facilitator under EMBED – Youth Engagement for Civic Action Project.
