About the role:
FH India invites applications for the position of Program Support Officer based at Bhopal to support Elimination of Mosquito Borne Endemic Diseases (EMBED) Project in Bhopal. Program Support Officer will be responsible to support project teams and NVBDCP unit for follow up with reporting and data.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project teams and NVBDCP unit for follow up with reporting and ensure all reports are compiled and submitted before the deadline.
• Compile period reports and support project teams and NVBDCP unit in planning and execution of project activities.
• Participate in project review meetings of project.
• Support documentation of interventions. Support in developing standard reporting templates, tools, log frames to improve programmatic reporting. Develop updates and presentations.
• Maintain online and offline databases.
• Conduct field visits as per plan.
• Manage timeline, calendar and sending out reminders. Ensure coordination and adherence to deliverable, timelines and program requirement.
• Assist in organizing events and meetings.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor/ person authorized by supervisor.
Minimum Qualification and Requirements :
• Master in public health/ population studies or any related stream.
• 5 years of experience working in similar nature of work.
• Significant experience in documentation in English language.
COMPENSATION :
• Compensation levels at FH India are equivalent to market rates within the development sector. However, offers shall be based on salary history, relevant experience, qualification and budgetary provisions under project.
